Rental agreement · Picture Perfect Photo Booth

  1. Booking and retainer. Your date is reserved once this agreement is signed and the $200 nonrefundable retainer is paid.
  2. Balance. The remaining balance plus sales tax is due 14 days before the event. Events booked fewer than 14 days out are paid in full at booking.
  3. Cancellations and refunds. All payments are nonrefundable. Refunds or rescheduling may be offered at Picture Perfect's sole discretion.
  4. What's included. Professional booth: attendant, 9×8 ft backdrop, unlimited prints. 360 booth: attendant, no backdrop. Marketing booth: 9×8 ft backdrop, drop-off setup and pickup, no attendant. Every booth includes a custom design and digital sharing.
  5. Venue. About 10×10 ft per booth, a power outlet within 30 feet, and Wi-Fi. Outdoor setups need good weather and a covered or indoor backup spot.
  6. Custom design. Send logos and details at booking. Your proof arrives one week before the event when booked at least three weeks out, or 2 to 4 days before for later bookings.
  7. Travel and extra time. Any travel fee is quoted before your retainer is due. Extra hours are $100 per hour, subject to availability.
  8. Price. The price shown is an estimate including Kentucky sales tax. Your invoice confirms the final amount, including any travel fee.
  9. Communication. You agree to receive texts and emails about this booking at the phone and email above.
