Everything people ask before they book a Picture Perfect photo booth.
What photo booths does Picture Perfect offer?
Three: the Professional booth (studio lighting, Canon mirrorless camera, unlimited prints), the 360 Video booth (slow-motion video) and the Marketing booth (a full-day, digital-only branded booth).
How much does a photo booth rental cost?
The Professional and 360 Video booths are $799 for 2 hours, $899 for 3 hours and $999 for 4 hours, with $100 for each extra hour. The Marketing booth is $599 for a full day. Sales tax is added.
What is included with every booth?
Delivery, setup, teardown and a custom design made for your event, plus text and email sharing and an online gallery. The Professional and 360 booths include an on-site attendant.
Is there a discount for two booths?
Yes. Two booths at the same event and the second is 25% off.
Where does Picture Perfect travel?
We're based in Lexington, Kentucky and serve Lexington, Louisville, Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, Frankfort, Georgetown, Richmond, Winchester and Eastern Kentucky. Travel is free within about two hours of Lexington; farther out, we quote travel before you book.
What do you need at the venue?
About 10×10 ft of space per booth, a power outlet within 30 feet, and Wi-Fi so guests get their photos instantly.
Can you set up outside?
Yes, in good weather. Plan a covered or indoor backup spot in case it turns.
How do I book?
Check your date online for free, then book online: pick your booth and hours, see your price, upload your logo, sign the agreement and pay the $200 retainer.
When is payment due?
$200 holds your date. The balance is due two weeks before the event. Booking less than two weeks out? Pay in full at booking.
When do I see my custom design?
Send your logos when you book. Your proof arrives one week before the event if you book at least three weeks out, or 2 to 4 days before for later bookings.
How do I pay?
By card or bank transfer online, or by check. Companies can get a W-9, and schools can pay by purchase order.
What if I need to cancel?
Payments are nonrefundable. Refunds or rescheduling may be offered at our discretion, and we always try to be fair.
